I always like to think what life holds now doesn't necessarily have to be what it will hold in the future.

Well, actually right now some of what I've got in my life I WOULD like forever...

But my point stands, my life used to be complete crud, now it's complete crud with a diamond in it... so it's a positive step...

Yup - what the f*ck are those odd little rules about? I think maybe all this preoccupation with numbers so far probably has something to do with making the text seem authentic and "true" - I can imagine story tellers being asked questions like - "and how long did it rain for?", "and how old was Noah?" and so on. Quite funny really when these days it just makes it easier to shoot down in flames - 900 year old people - poppycock!

Back to dentist this afternoon - I've lightened seven shades & the best of it is I still have 5 applicators of bleach left (15+ months supply) hurrah! So I can topup (so to speak) and look like Simon(e) Cowell!

Realised that - oh - and realised I've not been having teeth whitened after your description. Just had them blasted with whatever stuff they blast then with.

Would like to have all that other stuff done but not much point while I'm smoking tobacco. Hmm? Must ask JMac how stopping tobacco smoking has affected whiteness of teeth - obviously it will have but he still smokes ;-)

Copycat - I'm also in the process of getting my teeth whitened.
Went to dentist -got moulds mad and have been bleaching every night for the past 2 weeks, first attempt : kept on gagging trying to put the blo**y things in,then was hypersalivating!!
No kisses at bedtime!! However it has made a remarkable difference : not quite BeeGee but....! Have to get my fillings renewed and also getting 2 veneers. Highwayman , you will not recognise me! Ah,the cost though (think I told you previously, thank goodness for interest free credit!)
Glad your man flu is better - the Benylin would've helped!
Now back to the gym!
